A Magistrates’ Court in Kaduna on Wednesday ordered the remand of Muhammad Ahmed, in a correctional center for allegedly sodomizing an eight-year-old boy. The judge, Justice Jamila Ahmad, also ruled that the case file should be transmitted to the Kaduna State Ministry of Justice for legal advice. She adjourned the matter until Oct. 7 for the police to conclude investigation and for further hearing . She said that Ahmed took the minor to a house where he committed an unnatural offence. When the charge was read to Ahmed, he pleaded not guilty.
