New York real estate attorney Brian Helweil has landed at law firm Greenberg Traurig.
Helweil, an attorney with experience representing both landlords and tenants, will serve as a shareholder in the law firm’s global real estate practice in its New York office, according to a Tuesday announcement.
Rosenbaum added that increasing Greenberg Traurig’s “critical mass” in New York City’s thriving office leasing market is a strategic priority for the firm.
He joins Greenberg Traurig from law firm Loeb & Loeb, where he spent roughly three years as a partner representing owners, developers, investors, landlords and tenants.
A spokesperson for Loeb & Loeb did not respond immediately to a request for comment.
