FlightAware Quickly Drops Lawsuit Against KalshiFlightAware has dropped its lawsuit against Kalshi one day after filing the legal action. FlightAware had sued Kalshi on Aug. 10, alleging that the prediction market improperly used its data and trademark to "run gambling markets on flight cancellations." Kalshi denied the accusations and claimed "fair use" of FlightAware data. Both FlightAware and Kalshi are privately held companies and their stocks do not trade on public exchanges.
