SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly will meet in Srinagar from September 21, with the Assembly Secretariat asking legislators to submit notices for questions, bills and resolutions ahead of the session. The summoning order, issued on August 11 and communicated to members by the Assembly Secretariat on Wednesday, directs all legislators to attend the session on the appointed date, time and place. A separate bulletin issued by the Legislative Assembly Secretariat on August 12 has laid down deadlines for members to submit their legislative business. The Secretariat said the notices should be submitted through the NeVA platform of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly or through the official email of the Assembly Secretary in MS Word format. The September 21 sitting will be held in Srinagar, as specified in the Lieutenant Governor’s summoning order.
