When Catherine Liggett and her mother stayed at the Talbot Hotel in Wexford in September 2015, they were impressed by the kindness of the staff and the lovely room they had. Nearly 11 years ago, we received the most beautiful letter from a lovely lady called Catherine Liggett from Cork.
