Two Bundesliga clubs have rejected significant approaches from newly-promoted Premier League sides, with FC Augsburg continuing to resist Hull City's pursuit of Mert Kömür while Bayer Leverkusen have turned down a €20m Ipswich Town bid for Exequiel Palacios.
