ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Spain will see a total solar eclipse on Wednesday, the first time a total solar eclipse is visible from the mainland of Europe since 1999. Iceland will also experience a total solar eclipse, and RMSC says it will be the first time the country has seen one since 1954. A partial solar eclipse will be visible on Wednesday afternoon, and RMSC is hosting a viewing party. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the planetarium, guests can learn from astronomy experts and take a look at the partial eclipse. RMSC says the partial eclipse should begin at 12:57 p.m..
