Ansted, West Virginia - Shirley Ann McMann Parkins, 82, of Ansted passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2026 at her home. Born on November 7, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Leo A. McMann and Beatrice Hizer McMann. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Freddie Ray Parkins; daughters Carla Ann Parkins Bowles and Cheryl Renee Parkins Bargo; 4 sisters Janet Pritt, Wanda O'Dell, Betty Nutter and Nadine Keener Guilliams; a brother Leo Gerald McMann. Grayson, Madisyn and Wynter; sister, Elma Lou McMann Nutter; sister-in-law, Alma Jean McMann; along with a host of nieces and nephews. Service will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 31, 2026 at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Chapel, Ansted with Pastor Shawn Evans officiating.
