U21s to Face PSG, PSV, Porto and AnderlechtWednesday, 12th Aug 2026 12:33Town U21s will face PSG, FC Porto, PSV Eindhoven and RSC Anderlecht in the Premier League International Cup. John McGreal and Chris Casement’s side qualified for the tournament for the first time after finishing finishing fifth in their inaugural season in Premier League 2. Anderlecht, the previous club of Town winger Tudor Mendel (pictured), visit on Tuesday 20th October, PSV are in Suffolk a week later and PSG on Wednesday 20th January with the date of the Porto game to be confirmed. Coincidentally, Sir Bobby Robson managed three of the five teams in the group, the Blues, PSV and Porto, during his long and illustrious career. The U21s get their season under way on Friday evening when they host Coventry City in the Premier League Cup at the JobServe Community Stadium in Colchester (KO 7pm).
