In the first round, Teremoana had Savage on the defense the entire round. In the first two rounds, Zerafa had an edge using his jab. In the third round, Ortiz landed several left hooks to the chin as Zerafa countered well. In the fifth round, Ortiz landed a big right on the chin halfway through the round taking the round. In ninth round Zerafa had Ortiz hurt in an over whelming round with Ortiz struggling to the corner at the end.
