The board voted to approve:• A purchase agreement for two contiguous Conservation 20/20 parcels, one of 27.9 acres and one of 28.13 acres, at 9901 Stringfellow Road, St. James City. The property is adjacent to Lee County’s Pine Island Flatwoods Preserve. • A purchase agreement for about 3.5 acres at 10301 Palm Beach Boulevard east of Fort Myers for $495,000. CLASAC recommended approving the purchase agreement for this Tier 1 parcel by unanimous vote. Any purchase agreement for acquisition will be returned to the Board for future consideration.
