Country music star Lisa McHugh has announced that she and her husband Nathan have separated, revealing that the couple made the decision a number of months ago. The singer shared the news on Wednesday, saying she had chosen to keep the separation private in order to protect their two young children, Milo and Hallie, from outside attention. Lisa and Nathan married in a ceremony in Donegal in June 2022, having first met during a night out in Enniskillen. Lisa added that she hoped people would respect the family’s privacy as they adjust to the changes in their lives. Looking ahead, Lisa said her focus is on her children and ‘slowly building this next chapter of our lives’.
