MULTAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Aug, 2026) The Horticulture Agency Multan conducted the auction for its outdoor publicity fee contract for the year 2026-27, which fetched Rs 270.8 million against the government-set base bid of Rs 255.2 million. Managing Director Horticulture Agency Multan Syed Waseem Hassan, representatives of the Housing and Finance Departments and the Deputy Commissioner’s Office attended the auction, in which more than seven advertising companies and other bidders participated. He said the increased revenue would enable the agency to further improve parks, green belts and other horticultural facilities across the city. He said the auction committee members also appreciated the transparent and effective auction process. The successful bidding, he added, would provide greater financial stability to the Horticulture Agency and help accelerate its ongoing development and beautification initiatives across Multan.
