BUC-EE’S customers will soon see a surcharge on most items following a recent agreement with a US city. A new development plan voted on by the Mansfield City Council in Ohio will see Buc-ee’s pay $15 million toward the infrastructure needed for the project. They will get paid back in turn through [a] sales tax charge. Buc-ee’s customers at the new Ohio development will pay an extra 2% tax on most items, excluding fuel.
