Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration released N3 billion for capital projects of the Oyo State Security Network Agency and Amotekun Corps in the first half of 2026.
Oyo records ₦606.37 billion revenueThe budget performance report showed that Oyo generated a total revenue of ₦606.37 billion between January and June 2026.
The Oyo State Government’s share of Federation Account Allocation Committee receipts accounted for ₦398.4 billion, while Internally Generated Revenue contributed ₦55.47 billion.
Within the same period, the Makinde administration spent ₦387.26 billion, comprising ₦136.95 billion on recurrent expenditure and ₦250.31 billion on capital projects.
