The 54-year-old pleaded guilty to a charge of preventing the lawful and decent burial of the body of Glen Manders between October 15, 2024, and December 19, 2024. It follows the a body being found in a car parked outside the Premier Inn and May Tree restaurant in Helston on December 18, 2024. It is alleged that between June 28, 2024, and December 1, 2024, she caused unlawful neglect to Glen Manders – something the defendant denies. An inquest into the death of Glen Manders, who was aged 66 and from Somerset, was opened in January 2025. Proceedings were then adjourned for a full inquest hearing to take place at a later date, which is still yet to be determined.
