FAISALABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Aug, 2026) Two dacoits, who had killed a rickshaw driver during dacoity, were killed in a police encounter late Tuesday. The accused received the bullets fired by their own accomplice and died on the spot in the limits of Sandal Bar police. According to the police spokesperson here Wednesday, four bandits after killing a rickshaw driver Hassan during dacoity were fleeing, when a police team encircled them near Lunda Pull agriculture farm. In exchange of fire, police found two dacoits dead from the site, who were later identified as Rashid Ali and Kashif. Legal action is underway.
