Bing Lee, 50, is excited for the event (Image: NQ staff)"Everybody is looking forward to this," Mr Lee said. Mr Lee has been working at the chip shop for eight years after having his own chippy in Portslade. The chip shop was established in 1926 and was opened by Ben Bardsley where it was originally located on Upper Russell street. Ben Bardsley is immortalised through mosaic in the chip shop. One of these items, "The Bardsley's 100" includes premium fish and hand-cut chips, served with house tartar sauce and mushy peas.
