Hettie, a six-year-old therapy dog, is a regular presence at the Aldrington Centre in Hove, where she helps young people, families and staff feel more comfortable during appointments.
"Her calm and friendly presence creates a welcoming environment and helps young people to engage with support.
Unlike many therapy dogs who visit for short periods, Hettie is an embedded member of the CAMHS team and regularly attends art psychotherapy sessions.
