Wish Road (Image: Google maps)The resident said in his post: "For anyone who doesn't know, our beloved council have changed the bottom two parking bays at the sea end of Wish Road, Hove, without any warning. The post goes on to say that there used to be light parking restrictions for permit holders, meaning that parking was not allowed from 10am-11am and 7pm-8pm. "We introduced these relatively small sections of paid parking in carefully selected locations, following an in-depth review of parking arrangements which found average occupancy rates ranged from just 17% to 46%. " "The new paid parking bays formed part of the Traffic Regulation Order, which was advertised in the area, giving residents the opportunity to provide feedback.
