Ford himself seemed to acknowledge that the odds were stacked against him, but as evidenced by the emergence of Lost in Another World, he was also hell-bent on defying those statistics. So much of the personality that is injected into his work with other artists is present across the dozen songs on Lost in Another World, and it’s something of a blessing that Ford is able to share it with the world.
