On Tuesday we got to see the title fight participants square off for the first time in front of Philly's historic Rocky statue outside of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Islam Makhachev will defend his welterweight title (and attempt to surpass Anderson Silva's record for most consecutive wins in a row) when he takes on Ian Machado Garry. He had no problem dealing with Della Maddalena, but there have been questions regarding Ian Machado Garry being much bigger. But today's faceoff in front of the Rocky statue tells a different story. All will be revealed when Makhachev and Garry finally step into the cage on Saturday night.
