James Caton, 59, of Orsett Road, Horndon on the Hill, was caught with a collection of Category B and C images. Caton was already subject to a suspended sentence and a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) at the time, Basildon Crown Court heard on Tuesday (August 11). He also admitted breaching his SHPO by “having access to parts of the internet that you were not permitted to,” said Judge Cohen. Caton was the person who drove her around to appointments and had been taken by surprise when his case appeared in the crown court list. Judge Cohen postponed sentence to September 2.
