Cabinet Sub-Committee and Policy Framework: The CM instructed officials to immediately formulate a concrete standard policy for recovery.
Handing Defaulter Mills to Women’s SHGs: In a bold move, the State Government is examining options to seize mills that have intentionally defaulted on their dues and transfer their management and operational responsibilities to local Women’s Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
