Government has launched two digital platforms aimed at improving access to public services in education and human rights. The Uganda Human Rights Commission Case Management System will allow citizens to lodge and track complaints digitally. The Uganda Human Rights Commission says the new system is an improvement on existing platforms. Meanwhile, the U-Learn platform will enable teachers and instructors to access online training, including digital and financial literacy courses, among others.
