While basic electrophysiology services were already available at SICVD Sukkur, the unit has now been upgraded with state-of-the-art Catheter Ablation and Cardiac Device Implantation facilities for comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia. He said SICVD Sukkur has emerged as a major centre for advanced cardiac care, ensuring that people can get quality, specialized treatment closer to their homes. Executive Director SICVD, Prof. Dr. Javed Akbar Siyal said SICVD's mission is to take modern cardiac care to the doorstep of patients. He added that patients from Punjab and Balochistan are already benefiting from various SICVD centres, and the expansion of EP services in Sukkur is part of the same commitment.
