AdvertisementSchools can use bandh as an educational opportunityKAMS has also suggested that member schools use the occasion to help students understand the Cauvery water dispute. Students can also learn about the challenges created by poor rainfall, drought and water shortages, as well as why Karnataka has raised concerns over the sharing of Cauvery water. Students could be encouraged to write to the Supreme Court or the relevant tribunal seeking a fair distribution of Cauvery water.
