Oxford City Council has said it is committed to “tackling” anti-social behaviour after pensioner Paul Wiggins said young people were gaining access to Ploughman Tower in Northway and causing issues. The 66-year-old said they were creating noise, urinating in the hallways and smoking, all after gaining access through the fire doors. In response a spokesperson for the city council said: “Oxford City Council is committed to tackling all forms of anti-social behaviour and we will investigate any reports and take appropriate action when necessary. “We are not aware of any instances of young people accessing this property.”
