This was reflected in the statement by the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of Tajikistan, following a meeting between Tajikistan’s Minister of Energy and Water Resources Daler Juma and Japan’s Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs Eri Arfiya in Dushanbe. The discussions come as Tajikistan seeks to strengthen its energy infrastructure and improve the reliability and efficiency of its power system. The meeting underscored the broader potential for Tajik-Japanese cooperation in infrastructure development, particularly as Tajikistan works to modernize its energy and water sectors through investment and advanced technological solutions.
