BAHAWALPUR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Aug, 2026) A man died after suffering from an electric shock while attempting to switch on awater pump, in Noorpur Pull area of the district. The Rescue 1122 said the victim received the electric shock due to a damaged electrical cablewhile turning on the water pump switch. When the rescue team arrived, the man could not survive. The deceased was identified as 40-year-old, Zahoor.
