The four-storey building at 1896 Dayton is being proposed by the Stober Group. “Now, more than ever, access to high quality health care services is essential to a growing and vibrant city,” the original application stated. “While several health care providers have already established a presence in the Landmark district, the proposed building is intentionally designed to accommodate a broad range of medical uses. In anticipation of council’s approval, spaces within the building are already being advertised for lease.
