Jeff Byrde said he first spotted the buck a week ago, when he noticed cars parked nearby and people stopping to take photos and video. "And then yesterday I went by there, and it was the same buck in the same yard." Byrde said the buck has been drawn to a prune tree on the property, along with a cherry tree and a garden in the back. Byrde, who also lives near the base of Knox Mountain, said deer sightings in the neighbourhood are common, but this buck stood out.
