Friends of the Elderly’s Kidderminster Day Care Service, which supports people living with dementia and age-related conditions, joined in the celebration by reflecting on the moments and connections that bring them happiness. Jeanette Samuels, deputy day care manager, said: "Happiness Happens Month focuses on joy, optimism, and appreciating the positive moments of life. "We thought it would be a lovely idea for the clients and care team to relax, enjoy each other’s company and chat about what makes them happy, attending and working at the day care service. "Many of them felt the same, saying that having made such good friends here makes them very happy. "The good company, chatting to each other and getting involved with all the wide and varied activities."
