RYANAIR HAS ANNOUNCED a five-year AI partnership with Google to “support productivity and customer service”. The five-year deal has been penned with Google Cloud, which is the firm’s AI and data service for businesses. Under the agreement, Ryanair will deploy Google Workspace and Google Cloud services to its 35,000 employees across its network. The agentic AI platform is designed to “connect organisational data, automate workflows, and create custom AI agents”. Elsewhere, Google Cloud vice president Maureen Costell said the company is “thrilled to be Ryanair’s AI transformation partner”.
