The Bellegrove development is the eighth site to receive planning approval under the Bromley Homes for Bromley People programme. The Bromley Homes for Bromley People programme provides homes for residents on the housing register at social and affordable rent levels. Affordable rent properties are set at 80 per cent of local market rent or lower.
