Churchill Living will host a Picnic on the Patio at Spitfire Lodge on Belmont Road on Friday, August 14, from 2pm to 4pm. The event is open to over 60s and their families and will feature live music, picnic food, ice cream, cocktails, and garden games on the communal patio. Spitfire Lodge offers a mix of one and two-bedroom retirement apartments, available to rent or buy. Churchill Living is also running a programme of social events throughout the summer to help promote its communities and encourage social interaction among residents.
