Police will host a community event at Dobson Locks in Apperley Bridge on Thursday, August 13, from 5pm to 6.30pm, where they will share safety advice, promote the JogOn campaign, and offer free bike marking. A spokesperson said: "Everyone has the right to feel safe while exercising. The JogOn campaign focuses on raising awareness about the harassment and abuse female runners often experience.
