James Scott exposed his genitals to a woman in Crewe in June and another woman in Middlewich in July. The 32-year-old was on conditional bail after his arrest for the first incident, involving the hotel worker, at the time of his arrest for the second incident involving the dog walker. Scott, of Greaves Lane East, near Malpas, admitted two counts of exposure before an adjournment for the preparation of the pre-sentence report. His suspended sentence is with requirements to do a building choices course, 20 days of rehabilitation activities and 100 hours of unpaid work.
