Poppy Lambert, from Cleator Moor, passed away on Thursday, August 6, just two weeks after her second birthday. After going through surgery in March, Poppy's parents, Becca and Kevin Lambert, were told that their little girl would need a heart transplant. During her time in hospital, the community have rallied around Poppy and her parents through fundraising and messages of support.
