Lend a Hand Help in the Community has launched its collection campaign for this year's Free School Uniform Giveaway Days, which will take place on August 17 and August 18 at Brazley Community Centre in Horwich. The giveaway, now in its fifth year, has supported families from Horwich, Blackrod, Westhoughton, Bolton, and surrounding areas. "It was wonderful to know that items donated by our community were able to help children overseas too. Denise said the success of the school uniform scheme is only possible because of community support.
