More than seven months on from the alleged incident, Christopher Jackson, 59, appeared before Bolton Crown Court this week for a trial to be set. The court agreed to a series of stage date ahead of Jackson’s trial, which is expected to last for around two days. Judge Clarke granted Jackson unconditional bail and ordered that he return to Bolton Crown Court for his trial on Wednesday, September 3.
