This year's show presidents are Mick and Sandy Jones, who have been recognised for their long-standing support of the event. Packed programme of attractionsVisitors can enjoy horse competitions, sheep classes, poultry exhibits, horticulture, floral art, cookery, photography and handicraft competitions throughout the day. The popular family fun dog show will also return, featuring classes ranging from cutest puppy and best rescued dog to dog with the waggiest tail and best local dog. For 2026, there are no entry fees for individual classes outside the horse section, with entries included within the admission charge. The show committee said it remained reliant on volunteers, sponsors and community support, adding: "Many hands make light work as they say."
