Tim Burgess, 70, of Dalmorton Road in New Brighton pleaded guilty on Monday (August 10) at Wirral Magistrates’ Court to harassment without violence under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. The offence took place between June 6 and October 8 last year. According to court records, Burgess engaged in a pattern of behaviour targeting Eleanor Reagan, also of Dalmorton Road, during that period. He admitted knowing, or that he should have known, his actions amounted to harassment. Burgess was remanded on unconditional bail and is due to appear for sentencing at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court on September 21.
