Dominican tourism continues to set historic records, registering the arrival of 7,700,118 visitors during the first seven months of 2026.
This figure represents a 7% growth compared to 2025, a 10.4% increase over 2024, and a 69.6% surge compared to pre-pandemic levels in 2019.During his monthly press conference detailing tourism performance and economic impact, Tourism Minister David Collado announced that from January through July, the Dominican Republic welcomed 5,885,259 air tourists and 1,814,859 cruise passengers.
