The code would then allow them to book reduced-rate parking at High Cross through Q-Park’s online portal, rather than via an app. However, Q-Park has since confirmed that the planned transition did not take place and that it is not currently operating the affected car parks. The company says it has no further information at present and cannot offer additional assistance, although a local contact has indicated Q-Park is still expected to take over High Cross at some point, with no clear timescale.
