Sally Frost was a much-loved teacher, headteacher, and school governor clerk whose 40-year career touched the lives of thousands of children and families across East Suffolk. Teaching posts followed at Trimley St Mary Primary School in Felixstowe and Sidegate Primary School in Ipswich. (Image: Ben Gibbs)In January 1992, Sally became headteacher of Grange Primary School in Felixstowe, a role to which she gave her whole heart until ill health led to her early retirement in 2004. Over the next 16 years, she supported several primary school governing boards across East Suffolk, finally retiring in 2021. Sally Frost taught at many schools in East Suffolk, including Trimley St Mary, Sidegate, Sprites and Grange Primary.
