Stephen Hughes, 74, of Stow Hill, Newport, was fined £220 for keeping a vehicle which did not meet insurance requirements. Hasan Maksuti, of Bailey Street, Brynmawr, was fined £220 at Manchester Magistrates' Court for keeping an untaxed vehicle. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months at Bradford Magistrates' Court for failing to provide information relating to the identification of a driver when required. Daniel Jones, of Beech Tree View, Caerphilly, was fined £220 for failing to pay vehicle or trade licence arrears demanded following a failed payment. He was also ordered to pay £85 in costs and £351.75 in back duty at Bexley Magistrates' Court.
