"What we hope will be called Griffin Heights, will offer great quality community-based living, with a community centre, hairdressers, laundrette, communal gardens and 24/7 support. "I’m really excited to welcome people to their new homes in early 2028." Planning permission for the new homes was agreed as part of Broadland District Council's recent approval of 480 new homes across three sites in Thorpe St Andrew - Pinebanks, Langley North and Griffin Lane.
