Emma Landrie, from Easingwold, will begin her seven-day walk on Tuesday, September 22, travelling between three Dogs Trust centres in Leeds, Manchester, and Darlington.
Ms Landrie said: "I’ve always been a huge dog lover and have had dogs throughout my life, so Dogs Trust is a charity that means a lot to me."
She hopes the walk will raise vital funds to support the charity’s work rescuing, caring for, and rehoming dogs.
Along the route, Emma will complete a series of extra challenges to boost fundraising and keep supporters engaged.
Emma is seeking sponsorship from local businesses, offering to display their logos on her T-shirt throughout the challenge.
