A former Lewiston gas station clerk, Justin L. White, 54, received a two-to-10-year sentence for felony injury to a child and a concurrent sentence of up to 10 years in prison for felony sexual exploitation of a child, which he pleaded guilty to in April.
Nez Perce County Judge Mark Monson accepted a plea agreement that dismissed eight other counts of sexual exploitation of a child he was originally charged with.
According to court documents, White, of Clarkston, was arrested in August 2025 after a mother reported a cashier at the Liberty Mart in North Lewiston offered to purchase her daughter’s underwear.
